General Studio Rules
To get tattooed by us, you must be 18 years of age, or 16 years of age with written parental consent. If you are under 18, a parent/guardian must accompany you to your appointment and remain present for the entire duration of your appointment.
Government-issued identification may be required to prove age.
Clients must be sober in order to get tattooed. No exceptions.
Please make sure you arrive clean as our artist will be touching you.
Tattoo Aftercare
After 2-4 days, remove the bandage and gently wash with warm water and clean hands. Pat-dry with a clean towel. DO NOT RE-BANDAGE.
Apply a thin layer of ointment 3x a day for 2 weeks or until the skin is smooth.
Stay out of the sun until the tattoo is completely healed. This usually takes about 14 days.
Do not soak tattoo in water while your new tattoo is healing. Showers are fine.
Do not go in a hot tub or swimming pool, etc. until your tattoo is fully healed.
Do not pick or rub the treated area while it is healing. Loss of colour or infection could occur.
Your tattoo should heal in approximately 2 weeks. Do not hesitate to contact us should you have any problems or questions.
Deposits
Our artist works tirelessly in order to create designs that are unique to each and every client. In order to book an appointment you must first pay a non-refundable deposit fee of $50. This deposit secures your appointment and the amount will be taken off of your bill upon payment. If you are getting a tattoo that requires multiple sessions, the deposit amount will be taken off of the bill of your final session. Please understand that we are charging for a service; all drawings remain the property of the shop. Deposits are non-refundable.
We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel your appointment. Remembering your appointment is your responsibility. If you do not show up to your appointment or if short notice of a cancellation is given (less than 48 hours), you forfeit your deposit. Please be courteous – our artist has already invested many hours on your behalf.
If you know you are running late to your appointment, please notify the artist to ensure that they will still be able to get you in as there may be appointments scheduled after you. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the artist reserves the right to reschedule your appointment, at which time a new deposit will be required.
One reschedule is given per deposit. If you reschedule a second time, a new deposit will be required.
Deposits will be forfeited in full in the case of:
Not appearing for your tattoo appointment;
Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment without giving at least 48 hours’ notice;
Failure to reschedule a new appointment at the time of cancelling an appointment;
Arriving more than 15 minutes late to your appointment;
Arriving to the appointment and not being able to provide the artist with a piece of government-issued identification in the case that you are asked to provide proof of age.
A Note on Hands, Feet, and Necks
On body parts that move a great deal or have extra rough or extra thin skin, the healed images are less predictable than on more stable areas of the body. Many tattoo artists refuse to tattoo these areas for this reason. If you choose to proceed with having the following areas tattooed, you understand that the artist cannot be held responsible for fading or uneven healing. If touch ups are needed on these areas, there will be a small fee.
Payment Options
We accept cash and e-transfer. We do not accept debit or credit cards. The amount of your deposit will be taken off of your bill at your final session (if applicable).

Do I Need A Deposit To Make An Appointment?
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book an appointment. No appointments are booked until the deposit has been made. For more information on our deposit policy please view the "tattoos" page on our website.
What are your hours of operation?
We are a private studio and work by appointment only. Please contact us if you wish to make an appointment.
Can I Bring Someone With Me For Support?
We usually allow you to bring one family member or friend to sit with you while you receive your tattoo, but because of COVID, you must come to your appointment alone. If you are a minor you must have a parent accompany you to your appointment.
Is There Anything I Can Do To Prepare For My Tattoo?
Eat a good breakfast, hydrate yourself, and get plenty of rest. When dressing for the appointment keep in mind the location of your tattoo and wear loose fitting comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the intended area.
How Long Will My Tattoo Take To Heal?
Typically tattoos will take from 2-3 weeks to heal provided you follow proper aftercare. Please see our aftercare sheet under the "tattoos" tab on our website. If you have any questions regarding the healing of your tattoo, please contact us.
